I am Johnna Maertz, Partner and Broker at Blue Dolphin Realty, LLC. I have been in the workforce since the age of 16. I worked the oil and gas industry in the late 80's and early 90's preparing auto-cad drawings and designing oil and gas skids for manufacturing. When this industry headed on a downhill slope, I partnered in a medical supply business in 1992. Thus was the beginning of my self-employment ventures. I then moved into real estate as a sales associate in the early 2000s and became a Real Estate Broker soon after. I have garnered valuable experience over the years and am a hardworking person with a commitment to making clients and customers happy. I want to earn your trust and be YOUR Realtor. The real estate market and laws are CONTINUOUSLY changing and I keep up with these changes by completing many hours of continuing education courses. I have closed deals in as little as 2 weeks and have helped people search for property for longer than 2 years before finding a property. I do this to make sure the people I am helping are not just settling and find the property they truly desire. I have listed and sold properties for as little as 4500.00 and have listed and sold multi-million dollar properties, so know I will be there, no matter the dollar amount.
